Shaykhul Islaam Ahmad ibn Taymeeyah 728AH (May Allah have mercy on him) said,

ﻭﻳﻞ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺳﻜﺖ ﻋﻦ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻫﻞ
ﻭﻭﻳﻞ ﻟﻠﺠﺎﻫﻞ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻟﻢ ﻳﻘﺒﻞ .

“ًWoe to the learned person if he is silent in teaching the ignorant one, and woe to the ignorant one if he does not accept.”
