Abu ʿAbdillah Muhammad ibn Idris ash-Shafi’ee 204 AH (May Allah have mercy on him) said,
Whoever wants (to attain) the worldly life then he has to gain knowledge, and whoever wants the hereafter then he has to gain knowledge,
And there is nothing that will bring one closer to Allah , after preforming the obligatory actions, except seeking knowledge,
No one became successful in (attaining) knowledge except that they sought it little (by little),
And I would love to teach all of the knowledge I have to the people, being rewarded by it, and not being praised for it
