Shaykhul Islaam Ahmad ibn Taymeeyah 728AH (May Allah have mercy on him) said,
“وكان أفاضل المسلمين ينهون عن الخروج والقتال في الفتنة”
“And the most superior of the Muslims (from the early Muslims) used to forbid revolting and fighting in times of tribulation.”
