Can you say “Alhamdulillah” if you sneeze in prayer?

The Shaykh mentions this point of benefit in his explanation of Bulugh al-Maraam 2/361.

When the one who is praying sneezes he should praise Allah [say Alhamdulillah] whether he is standing, bowing, prostrating, or sitting…He does not negate the prayer because [praising Allah when sneezing] is prescribed, and also because the prayer consists of making tasbeeh [saying Subhaanallah], takbeer [saying Allahu Akbar], and recital of the Qur’an.

This is the most correct opinion as oppose to [the opinion that] it is disliked to praise Allah in prayer when sneezing. The correct opinion is that it is recommended [sunnah].
